One STOP Real Estate Services, LLC was established by Jack C. Sheehan in 2005 with a personal commitment of creating a One STOP environment for our clients in order to assist them in the total home buying and selling process.  We are dedicated in assisting our customers in locating suitable mortgage companies, title companies, insurance, and other real estate needs, to include assisting them in finding rental units when they could not qualify for a home purchase.

On April 1, 2006, One STOP Realty was formed and opened our first office located in Albuquerque’s North Valley, in order to serve our customers in both the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas.  In 2007 we relocated our company to our current location in Placitas, NM with a focus on providing real time real estate services by using our unique electronic transaction file and e-signature system creating an environmentally friendly real estate business.

In 2010, 2013 and 2014, 2015 we continued to grow and recruited associates and opened affiliate offices in Farmington, Silver City,  and Roswell with each office under the ownership and supervision of a dedicated Qualifying Broker.

Our Realtors® operate under a Team concept, where the competition rest solely on the individual, and not within the office.  Each Realtor® within One STOP Realty puts the client’s needs above their own, and are willing to step in and assist each other with showings, research, and any other needs if scheduling conflicts arises.  We feel that this method results in better customer satisfaction, which is our number one goal.
